I train movements not bodyparts. We live in a dynamic enviroment that requires that we use multiple muscles and joints in coordination with each other to perform whatever life asks of us. The bodybuilding approach of isolating joints and muscles is useless unless you want a physique just for show not life performance. We dont live to flex and show off our muscles we need them to function to help with life performance reucing the risk of injury. Training the four pillars of human movement(Pushing & pulling,Level changes,Rotation and locomotion) will allow you to look great and function in your enviroment virtually pain free.
